Job Description : Opportunity: Grow Your Career This role involves delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. The position requires adherence to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Cross-training in multiple store areas may be necessary to support business needs. Model excellent customer experience practices for internal and external customers. Support and promote a positive store culture founded on honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately process customer transactions and provide correct change. Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale according to company procedures. Participate in store recovery and maintenance throughout the day. Maintain cleanliness and organization standards across the store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support store shrink reduction initiatives. Participate in safety programs to ensure a safe shopping environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Who We’re Looking For : You.
