Civil Litigation Defense Attorney – West Los Angeles (Hybrid)

A well-established civil litigation law firm with offices in San Francisco, West Los Angeles, Las Vegas, and Napa Valley is seeking a Civil Litigation Defense Attorney to join its growing team in West Los Angeles .

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated and licensed California attorney with a passion for litigation and a desire to grow professionally in a supportive, team-oriented environment. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys who want to gain hands-on experience and build long-term client relationships in a dynamic civil defense practice.

Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of litigation including court appearances, pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and mediations
• Conduct pre-trial preparation and trial work
• Collaborate closely with clients to build strong, communicative relationships
• Contribute to case strategy in a collegial, mentorship-driven environment

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: $125,000 – $175,000 per year (DOE)
• Bonus structure: Generous annual and performance-based bonuses, including prepaid incentives throughout the year

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday to Friday

Qualifications:

• Active membership in the California State Bar (Required)
• 1+ year of civil litigation experience (Preferred)
• Ability to reliably commute to or relocate near Los Angeles, CA 90064
• Willingness to undergo a background check, in accordance with local laws
