We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Billing Administrator - MRI to join our thriving Mortgage industry team. This is an exceptional opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual who has a deep understanding of Billing, Accounts Payable, Payroll Processing, Invoicing, Payroll Entries, and more. You will be part of a fast-paced environment where your skills will be crucial in maintaining the financial health and integrity of our organization. With your 5+ years of experience, you will be a pivotal part of our financial team, ensuring that all billing and financial operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Billing Administrator - MRI, your core responsibilities will include:
1. Overseeing and managing the entire billing process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all transactions.
2. Processing invoices and payroll entries, and maintaining accurate records of all financial transactions.
3. Handling accounts payable, ensuring that all payments are made in a timely manner and that all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure that all financial information is accurate and that all billing operations are running smoothly.
5. Resolving any billing discrepancies or issues that may arise, and working to prevent such issues from occurring in the future.
6. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports, and providing critical financial data to management as needed.
7. Staying up-to-date on all relevant regulations and standards, and ensuring that our organization is in compliance with all financial laws and regulations.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a strong focus on Billing, Accounts Payable, Payroll Processing, Invoicing, Payroll Entries, and other related areas.
2. Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
3. Strong numerical skills and a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficiency in using MRI software and other relevant financial software.
6. A deep understanding of financial regulations and standards, with the ability to ensure compliance in all financial operations.
7. A proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to anticipate and resolve billing issues before they arise.
