Job Description Duties and Responsibilities: New Business / Lead Generation Develop and establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel and buyers of EHS&S ( Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability ) and property risk engineering consulting services. Meet direct sales objectives by working with clients and prospects to analyze needs, gather data, and develop/propose solutions. Utilize Customer Relationship Management tools to track and measure sales metrics and implement strategies targeting specific industries, services, and accounts. Coordinate activities to enhance the company's presence, commitment, and capabilities in local, regional, national, and international markets. Account Management / Expansion / Strategic Growth Achieve targets for profitable account retention and revenue expansion, while exceeding objectives for designated accounts. Create and maintain positive client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction. Proactively assess and validate client needs continuously. Lead client stewardship meetings. Manage projects to ensure completion within budget and scheduled timelines, including planning, coordination, stakeholder engagement, communication, change management, invoicing, and deliverables. Key Metrics Meet sales objectives, including retention, expansion, and new business targets. Achieve account revenue goals. Meet pipeline targets, including minimum thresholds.
