Responsibilities About The Team We are working on Privacy and Content Ecosystem to build a fair and trust platform for our users, by providing specific user protection, transparent controls, and content distribution. Responsibilities Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, researchers, content designers, and engineers to contribute to strategic decisions, envision, and execute impactful product experiences globally. Drive design solutions based on user needs, business goals, and technical constraints. Participate in all aspects of product development, from ideation to pixel-perfect finalization before launch. Prototype rapidly, design user flows based on data and research, gather feedback, iterate, and ship high-quality products. Lead design workshops and sprints to explore innovative solutions based on research and data. Elevate design quality and lead design initiative projects. Present key learnings within the team and broader groups. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications Experience in UX/UI design with multiple projects from strategy to launch, with attention to detail. Familiarity with Design Systems for mobile and desktop. Ability to iterate quickly and generate diverse design concepts. Open-minded, receptive to feedback, and patient. Entrepreneurial mindset, adaptable to rapid changes. Excellent communication skills to articulate concepts and decisions. Global perspective, attentive to international internet products. Preferred Qualifications 3-5 years of experience designing for consumer-facing products across mobile, web, or desktop. Strong visual and interaction design skills; experience with prototyping tools like Principle, Framer, Origami. Experience leading design sprints or workshops with multiple stakeholders. Experience with A/B testing and data-driven design practices. Results-oriented, resilient, and efficient, fitting within a startup culture. Passion for TikTok and its community.
