The Senior Graphic and Content Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the visual and instructional content strategy across various business objectives. This position is responsible for creating engaging, clear, and instructional digital and print materials, including job aids, training resources, and website assets, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and branding standards. The individual will manage multiple projects concurrently, from conceptualization to delivery, while overseeing timelines, budgets, and cross-functional collaboration. A key focus is on developing innovative content that is both visually compelling and educational, while ensuring all materials are organized, on-brand, and reflect the company’s strategic goals. The Senior Graphic and Content Designer will also lead content updates, work with vendors, and stay current with industry trends to continuously improve creative output. Responsibilities include content design and media development such as developing clear, strategic content, creating visually engaging and instructionally sound content and graphics, designing and improving digital and print training resources, producing digital and print materials, maintaining and updating cross-functional tools, ensuring brand consistency, managing newsletters and social media content, supporting video and photo shoots, managing print kit activations, leading print production planning, developing project timelines, tracking tasks between team and vendors, managing content library, anticipating project delays, collaborating on budgets, brainstorming initiatives, ensuring content accuracy, maintaining intranet materials, leading vendor relationships, ensuring project approvals, and staying current on industry trends. The role requires strong operational knowledge and effective cross-functional collaboration to ensure content accuracy and timely project completion.
