Job Description: Opportunity: Grow Your Career Responsibilities include delivering a highly satisfying customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying our customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adherence to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards is essential. The role may involve cross-training in multiple store areas to support business needs. Model excellent customer service practices with internal and external customers. Support and promote a positive store culture rooted in honesty, integrity, and respect. Accurately process customer transactions, returns, and give correct change. Promote credit and loyalty programs. Follow merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for sale following company procedures. Participate in store recovery and maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor and store. Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback. Comply with labor laws, policies, and procedures. Support store shrink reduction initiatives. Maintain safety awareness and a secure environment. Perform other duties as assigned. Who We’re Looking For: You. Excellent customer service skills. Flexible schedule to support business needs. Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing situations. Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodations. Effective teamwork with peers and supervisors. Retail customer experience preferred.
