Now, we’re looking for a creative, passionate Social Media Manager to help us share our story, connect with our audience, and grow our brand online.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Part-Time Social Media Manager to create and execute engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. You’ll collaborate with our team to highlight our menu, events, and brand personality while driving customer engagement and expanding our online reach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a content calendar aligned with Cafe Raymond’s brand and goals.
• Create high-quality posts, including photos, videos, and written content.
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.
• Stay up to date with social media trends and implement strategies to enhance audience engagement.
• Collaborate with the café team to highlight seasonal offerings, special events, and promotions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing social media accounts for a business or brand (portfolio or examples required).
• Proficiency in content creation tools and apps (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Knowledge of social media trends, platforms, and analytics tools.
• Strong photography, videography, and editing skills are a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity, initiative, and a passion for storytelling.
• Familiarity with the Pittsburgh area and local culture is a bonus.

Details:

• Position Type: Part-Time (5-10 hours per week)
• Pay: $18-$22/hour, based on experience.
• Location: Hybrid/Remote (Must be local to Pittsburgh to capture cafe content onsite as needed).
